I agree with Rambler....A seventeen year old person
should be referred to as a young adult with all the
responsibility that goes with being an adult. At age
17, I was a member of the armed forces serving overseas.
I can assure you that the Uniformed Code of Military
Justice applied to all ages. The quicker we stop
treating so called kids as children, the quicker they
will accept responsibility and grow up.....
