See if the City would of NOT made the resolution against the facility that would of been built next to the Sheriff's office, the City would of actually been making money off of this capture, while ICE would of left them here.

But if I remember correctly, the resolution was brought forth because they did not want the entrance to the "city of flowers" to look trashy, I think I recall somewhere in the WCN a quote of "not in my backyard" --- now we have RV Parks and more RV Parks that do not make our city look trashy. WOW, glad we had fast thinking council members for that decision.
