"these guys that were just caught are the ones that don't show up to work drunk, high and they don't call in sick every Monday with a hangover."

Well, looks like these guys won't be showing up to work at all. Why do you suppose there was a high speed pursuit in the first place? Could it be the vehicle was weaving? These are the guys who cause fatal collisions.

Step back and look at this again. Good workers or not, we aren't getting the cream of the crop comming across the border. These aren't rocket scientists.
