We need to renew the concept of transparency, fairness and good common sense.

There are some people still around that are willing to stand up when they are witnessing gross injustice and misuse of power and money. These people have the intestinal fortitude that has become all but lost in todays society.
Jim Miller is one of them. He has nothing to gain - he simply sees wrong doing - and is refusing to back down.

And why would this complaint cost Floresville any money?? It is a simple request. All these officials have to do is produce the paper work that should be in place already - to be able to go forward.
