Lost: Male dog, looks like Pit Bull, white w/brown freckles, green eyes, "Shelby," last seen morning of Nov. 18, 1604 between New Sulphur Springs and Jim Terrill Rd. 210-389-9047.

Someone with legal experience or knowledge must have told the city and it's boards that the Express News is local enough to post legal notices, also not pay the WCN, with whom i suppose they don't like too much...

Anybody know the LEGAL requirements of posting such notices...
