This is a slap in the face of everyone who correctly and honestly filed their sales tax form a day or two late this year and got smacked with the new $50 late fee. The amnesty does not apply to the honest tax paying business owner. It apparently only applies to those who were trying to avoid paying taxes all together, or cheat and not pay what they owe.

Where is the justice in this? Are they not aware of how this makes the rest of us feel about reporting taxes in the future, or how we feel about our government in general?

Yeah, right. They don't give a rip what we think.
