William J. Gibbs Jr. WCN May 11, 2012 10:59am	Per Wilson County Pct. 2 Commissioner Paul Pfeil, all roads in Precinct 2 are open and passable with the exception of C.R. 202 E at the Marcelina Creek. He expects that road to be reopened as early as this afternoon. Several other roads sustained major damage. The American Red Cross is in the Kosciusko area visiting with residents of damaged homes, on roads such as C.R. 228, 230, 234, 252.
