Small Town Girl Floresville May 15, 2012 9:33pm	When the Floresville City Park was built many years ago, the officials knew that it was prone to flooding. When there is an abundance of rain in Floresville and San Antonio, the SA River floods out of its banks and into the fields. Remember 1998 and 2002 and many other years? The city should have always had a plan to repair the fields and why didn\'t they? Now the Mayor wants something new. Forget about it, fix what you have and that\'s it.
