In addition to getting outside funding with grants and whatever else is available -
The city could start a fund especially for improving our parks.
If the city can make payments to a bond - then it can take that money that would be a bond payment and put it aside in a special fund for our parks. First thing Tuesday morning - they could start that fund.

That is a PLAN. It takes no committees - it takes no studies -

Things that are not convoluted with corruption are usually pretty simple.

The citizens need to gather to get the city to use the money that shows up on the budget for parks to - at least get these ball fields usable - until we can get further down the road with REAL improvements and additions. (there is more than $230,000.00 designated to the parks.) According to the city budget - the money is there - so how about using that money - Andy on the ball fields.
