Jim, is it legal for the mayor to post city council business on his own personal face book page? You called him out on that because he posted that renovations to the current park had been approved and that was not discussed in the meeting. When you told him that his response was "it is my own personal page." Why should he be allowed to do that? We know that much of it is lies but is it legal? Of course, why should we care what he posts on Facebook, but if it is city business I have a problem with that.
