In the Know...it already has come back to bite him. He said they had a meeting that they approved the renovations of the city park and he is excited about the thought of going to a vote.

There is plenty of stuff that he has said on his site that he is going to start backtracking. ANY business postings are open for FOIA. As far as Andy telling Jim he won't fulfill them anymore, it is in the books (minutes) and is recorded that he said that SO when he doesn't fill an FOIA there will be consequences that he will NOT be able to get out of.

Let them keep sticking their feet in their mouths, it'll be interesting.

Here is my question though, if we are paying the Financial Director a good salary, why isn't she involved with the budget stuff? That is what her job is correct? Or what is her exact job description?

What is going to happen with Mrs. Martinez being employed out at the Civic Center? That is a violation as well, what and where is the update?
