Where does the city charter mention the 4th degree? I only read the 2nd or 3rd. Airborne, I have mentioned before that the city is run as a "come as you go" basis. That is not right! Do we need to challenge Mr. Rosenberg's legal opinion? Couldn't the Texas Rangers come in and find that the city is not following the City Charter? What are our legal rights? How much more can we challenge them? GEM, you should resign your position now! How much more are you going to be embarassed?
