 		 You are truly in error. The old "they have been saying it for years" thing is just a quick way out for the unbeliever. Gods time is NOTHING like ours. And He did not say that it would happen over night. It in fact does occur over the years, quickening toward the end.. The time to His second coming is that like birth pains, and it occurs over a vast of time. Each contraction getting closer together in succession as the moment arrives. I'm sorry, but you can NOT argue the prophecies. They are coming to pass everyday now in our Godless society. There has never been a time in history that our planet has been in such peril as it is now, and if you READ, you will see it even mentions that. You can mock and try to disprove all you want, but you can't. You're just making a fool out of yourself. You say vague? Well, imagine if you can, being told of the future, and seeing things that you have never seen before or heard of, how else would you explain in words what you have seen or heard. These great men of God wrote as best they could to explain what was to come. Of course, that leaves open the argument of the weaker spirited or minded to come and say that it's all "vague". YOU yourself are even fulfilling prophecy as an unbeliever. It is written that people such as yourself would be the ones who come to persecute Christians by their words and actions. To mock them for their belief and try to lead them AWAY from God.
And by the way .. you say people like yourself are trying to "rescue us" .. I have to laugh. There is NOTHING to rescue us from. Even if God wasn't real, there is nothing wrong with being a Christian. To be a true Christian is to live a better life WITH God in it, than any other here on earth. You learn to be without DOUBT, you learn to live with better understandings, you learn to Love, you learn to Save, and so much more through time. And oh no!!! you don't learn this all on your own... It's God. I'm sorry, I do NOT need "rescuing" from that. YOU are the one who needs rescuing before it's too late.

You haven't done research, you have only been deceived. You are only fulfilling what the father of deception and lies would have you do.. or you wouldn't be trying so hard to disprove what you can't. I do believe I will stick to Knowing that God exists, and continue receiving His blessings...
