You will notice that the county elections office did not furnish anyone with final totals (which are unofficial until canvassed) until 11:57 p.m. This is not Bexar County -- where things happen at a much quicker pace --
and the speed or accuracy of the information is not indicative of any shortcomings by any member of the Wilson County News' staff.

We continue to work to provide our readers with the latest information, in the best manner afforded to us. With that being said, equipment and technolgical challenges do occur for us, as well as for the county. These issues can sometimes delay the timeliness in which information is delivered.
