My name is Gloria Gonzales (formerly Montez). I worked for Mr. Bippert at the County Extension office. Mrs. Bippert would sometimes come in the office and, as usual, would be smiling. All I could see was a beautiful person and a beautiful family. know she was the woman of the family and will truly be missed and continued to be loved. I am deeply sorry you lost her. I live in Floresville but am currently visiting one of my four daughters whose family is stationed in Virginia Beach, VA
