So the signature stamp had to be moved to a secure area, hummmmm was someone using it that was not suppose to be? By whose direction do they get to use the stamp? And where is the financial director in all this? Why is she still in a job? We all know she does not know anything about finance or accounting. Policies and procedures are being written for the city, by who? Not only do they need an accounting lesson, but they also need an english lesson on how to respond to an aduit.

So in all reality there is no computer glitch. It is a human glitch. Joslin, Kellner, Aranda all need to be replaced by competent knowledgeable people. Those that know how to balance a check book and know the program that they have all been working with for awhile. If you don't know it by now, you will never know it.

If this was any other company those three would be out of a job---ASAP! Let's get moving and get people in there that know what they are doing. Need to remove all the extra's in city hall. There are a lot of people in there that do not need to be there.
