Gibbs Jr. WCN June 19, 2012 3:14pm	As of yesterday, the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) reports that Rocky Duran Ramirez, 32, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, is in custody after being arrested in San Angelo. "Ramirez, who is affiliated with the Tango Blast-West Texas gang, has a lengthy criminal history, including Engaging in Organized Crime," according to a DPS press release. "An investigation by Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Criminal Investigations Division (CID) agents developed information that led to Ramirez capture on June 12. DPS CID agents, assisted by the U.S. Marshals Service North Texas Fugitive Task Force and Homeland Security Investigations, arrested Ramirez without incident at a San Angelo residence.
