Jim Miller Floresville, TX June 19, 2012 4:11pm	And. . . Was the Code Compliance Officer also on scene? From the pictures this is an obvious violation of OSHAs Confined Space requirements. Note that the walls surrounding these workers could easily collapse. Oh never mind, that is what the City Manager was doing there . . . . .side stepping any and all safety requirements.
