Jim Miller Floresville, TX June 19, 2012 4:18pm	This is the Cash Account that the auditor referred to when she stated: "Management has tried to manage some of these activities using separate cash accounts, however those cash accounts were not being correctly monitored for errors and became unreliable." The incompetence continues and Council Members Castillo, Gomez and Flores are unwilling to ask the questions.
