Small Town Girl Floresville June 19, 2012 8:27pm	The picture looks pretty scary to me. Someone needs to send this into OSHA. Is it safe for the employees to be in that hole like that? Looks very unsafe. Oh, but wait, the city doesn't want to have to pay a lawyer to defend itself about an accident waiting to happen or employees losing their lives. It's our fault that they have had to pay attorneys fees to save their own necks. Take it easy Paul, you are not always complimentary about the city either.
