Here is a little information to complete Mr. Vipond's run down of who is who.

There is a TIF Fund. It is for River Bend. This TIF fund is drawn out of the working tax dollar (property taxes) for Floresville - especially set aside to help out whatever dire straights River Bend is in.

The amount withdrawn this year was $250,000.00. It is my understanding - Mr. Sack is overseer of this fund.

Citizens are educating themselves. We are getting facts. We are coming to help you guys out - with facts we have collected and need answers to things we do not understand - we have been asleep at the wheel too long. We are waking up - and this will bring alot of questions. Be ready.
