Mr. Tibbs Floresville June 22, 2012 10:31am	For Mrs. Murphy to have trespassing filed against her, several things must happen. The threat , if any,must be considered, the credibility, who witnessed it, etc.. Second of all, this is a public meeting and a public property as such, and i don't believe you can file a trespass complaint against an unruly citizen. If she threatened the council member then that is a totally different charge. i don't know the facts but just reading the info, it seems she should contact the ACLU, state secretary, and a good civil attorney and see if any of her rights as a citizen have been violated.This just sounds wrong.
