Jim Miller Floresville, TX June 22, 2012 2:57pm	Follow Up: The complaintant was "The City of Floresville" - No charges were made against Ms. Murphy She was issued a "Indefinite Criminal Trespass and Harassment Warning" based on a complaint made by the "City of Floresville" as they perceived her actions as harassment and threatening. I agree with Mr. Tibbs, as this is essentially banning her from attending a "Public Meeting" it sure stinks of a violation of her basic constitutional rights, "indefinitely". It does speak volumes of the intimidation tactics of the elected and appointed officials in the City of Floresville. Don't ask questions!
