Hey City Manager and Financial Director, maybe you all could look at this and fund little d's pet project with this. It is grant money for parks. Google rpf's and you should be able to have a self explaination of how to file for grants from the TX Parks and Wildlife. Especially since NOTHING can be done until it goes to a vote in November, which little d himself said it probably wouldn't pass. Now that his reign of 6 years is coming to an end and the youth of our town is NOW on his priority list. But then again I forgot, maybe it is just been noticable that we have youth in this town-I'm still trying to figure out the emergency of the sports complex now.
