 		 He will not get fired, they will slap his hand and let him return to the field. His wife is the new Director of Personnel, do you honestly think she wants that on her record that she had to fire her husband because of his stupidity? This is why they put him on leave first, THEN announced that she was the new director, but her job is going to begin with what to do with him. Will she fire him? He deserves to be fired because of the loosing seasons we have had. Floresville was a contender years ago. We made it to playoffs every year, then we gained a new superintendent, Coach Baker came back and then a multi-million dollar sports facility was built (that we are still paying for with school taxes), since then we have had nothing but loosing seasons. Some of the coaches we have are really good, but when you have parents that say - I am who I am and my child will play because I think they are the best and sit and watch the practices like hawks, then you get what we have. Falls City, Poth, Stockdale, La Vernia all have great teams in all sports. Floresville, the one that should be example, shining beacon, is down at the bottom every year. Some of our greatest players sit on a bench because their parents do not have hawk eyes and do not demand their kids play. They let their kids talent do the talking, which sadly to say doesn't mean anything at FISD. FISD is all about who you are and who you know. Case in point, the coaches, director of personnel, students that were involved with the inappropriate relationships. Those were going on for years and coaches knew. Now it gets swept under a rug and everyone leaves quietly. Then we ask why FISD is where it is. There is no common sense in the district. Yes our district play is tough, but this year we were moved to a new district where we will see old rivals. MAYBE if we can get the kids that have the talent out there and not the kids that the parents are partying buddies with the coaches out there. MAYBE FISD can be great again. Just maybe-it could happen.
