The City of Falls City is taking applications for the City Clerk position. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, have experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Word and Excel. This is a part time job of thirty hours a week. Salary is negotiable. Applications are available at City Hall located at 208 N. Irvin, Falls City, Texas. To Ms. L, and to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation, such an incident should immediately be reported to law enforcement. The person who left you that note could be left to do far worse if he/she is not stopped.

Ladies, be aware of your surroundings, especially at night. Resist the urge to talk on your cellular telephone while walking alone, as this only will leave you distracted and more vulnerable. Have you keys out and ready at all times, maybe even placing them between the fingers and pointed out, which will allow you to scratch a would-be attacker.
