Something else to say 2 June 27, 2012 3:06pm	Saddened you are wrong, all employees do not have to maintain clear criminal background checks. I'm sure if you did run checks on current employees, ALL, you would find many of them do have some type of arrest, or maybe even warrant, you just do not hear about it. No employeer requires a clean/clear background check, it depends on your situation, charge, disposition as to what occured and the outcome. Some are lucky it gets thrown under the rug and no one finds out. The case of the secretary stealing, she did not resign, she was allowed to retire with full benefits-if she would of resigned those benefits would not of been available to her, not to mention if she was fired and charges were filed.
