Puzzled Wilson Co. June 28, 2012 12:58pm	Chris, you missed the entire point of the mandate. It is like auto insurance; you have two choices, buy auto coverage, or pay the penalty when you get caught driving with out it. It is simply a matter of freedom of individual choice. Oh by the way, it was modeled after RomneyCare in Massachusetts, which, is working remarkable well. According to the Mass Govenor, it is driving down health cost, 99% of its citizens are covered, and it is not a budget buster
