PRAIRIE GROUCH GRAND PRAIRIE TX July 1, 2012 10:03am	I heard no screams of anguish about the hospitals being mandated to accept all patients regardless of the ability to pay. All property owners in Wilson county are required to pay taxes toward the care of the uninsured. People talk about personal responsibility but when that responsibility is mandated, they scream to high heaven. What's wrong with that picture ? Pogo was right about the enemy being us.....
