Some Dude,

If it weren't for the 'risk takers' in this country having enough faith in themselves to start and hopefully grow an innovative idea into s profitable enterprise, you, and the others referred to in both Obama's and Warren's prounouncements would be unemployed. If all the businesses in this nation were brought under the total control of the federal government in the name of income equality (spreading the wealth) through class warfare, most, if not all, would simply cease to exist.

If all our businesses, both tiny and large, would decide tomorrow to just take what's left and hang it up, our unemployment rate would be 100%! Until now they've done a remarkable job of keeping our unemployment rate at 15%. They are still fighting to survive and for that we should all be applauding them instead of attacking them.

Your (and Matilde's) defense of politically correct socialistic ideas is astounding, to say the least. Did it ever occur to you that those 'others' who paid the taxes to supply the infrastructure also use the roads, bridges, police officers, firemen, teachers, etc., also benefit greatly from the building of this great Republic? Where do you think the dollars you paid came from? Right ... the businesses, large and small, that employee you!

Before you write your next response to an opinion of this quality, study a little more, and heed President Lincoln's profundity when he said, "It is better to be thought a fool than to speak up and remove all doubt"!
