ENRON (not Enrin) declared bankruptcy. The government did not bail them out. They got NO taxpayer money to start up the company or after they declared bankruptcy.

So what if Bain USED to own Clear Communications. Is it a crime to own an company that employs Sean Hannity or Rush Limbaugh? They make a lot of $$ for the company and isn't that why they are in business? Making a profit is NOT a crime.
