And, Henry Ford didn't make Ford Motor Company just cause someone else invented the wheel?

So, I suppose there was a wheel just laying on the ground out in the woods and jumped up and said, "I think I need to find someone that can find a good purposeful use for me. I'm going to print and advertise my self as being available for inventions and place on signs and hang them on trees around the countryside and hope someone sees those signs and uses me to invent a car, a factory, and a production line. I will change my name to Federal Government as soon as that person gets me into production to make something useful." I don't want it to ever be thought that someone other than Government was ever responsible for anything good happening to the market place.
