When persons using the various forms of written
communications use asterisks and other symbols to
replace letters of forbidden words, they are contributing
to the coarsening of the culture. Do they really think
that children can't figure out what the word means ?
The same applies to abbreviated forms of vulgar phrases.
There are several persons posting comments on this
forum that practice transparent deception on a regular
basis. I can assure you that almost all middle school
students and a good portion of elementary know the
meaning of a particular letter of the alphabet followed
by the word bomb. Looking for the enemy, it's us.
