Perhaps fixing our confiscatory and discriminatory tax policy would solve most of the problems US businesses have and bring lots of jobs back home. Or maybe we should just tax these evil profit moviated businesses at 99% of their profits. That would equalize everything. Except that unemployment would probably equal the evil businesses tax rate. One world. Sounds good to me. We could save lots of money by replacing our entire government with the UN. Why should we have higher living standards than third world countries? Really free trade without government interference sounds great. But only if all other governments do likewise, right? Granted we have way too many government restrictions on business and trade here in the US. But for us to remove all our restrictions relating to foreign trade without all others doing the same would qualify us for a mental institution.
