 		 Alvin, I will repost from my earlier post “FYI, definitely not a Mormon - the book of Mormons is a little too unbelievable for me.” I think John Smith was a wack just like I do about Reverend Jeremiah Alvesta Wright, Jr where Obama went to church. So either you believe Obama has the same philosophy of Wright (who said “God Damn America) or you give him the benefit of doubt like I do Romney.

I have posted before I am a non-denominational Christian who believes a Christian is one who believes John 3:16. I think the Catholic Church is fallible like all churches so their opinion is just one opinion. I only know those who believe in John 3:16 will go to heaven. Outside of that, the Catholic Doctrine or any other churches doctrine is irrelevant to me.

As for voting, I think voters should pick the best candidate and not disqualify them because they call themselves Jewish or Mormon or whatever. Even if an LDS member is elected President your theory of them taking over is ludicrous as there are three branches to US Government. In Utah, the state is 62.2% Mormon, so I would expect by statistics alone the majority of elected officials would be Mormon. Duh!

PS If I chose on religion alone for voting and I don’t; I would vote for a man who attends a Mormon church versus Reverend Wright’s Church as Rev Wright preaches envy and hatred.
