Floresville August 4, 2012 10:44pm	Small Town Girl, My impression of what the manager was expressing when he thanked her for her support is that he appreciated them supporting their business by being there. The "cause" is their business. In other words, he appreciated that they would show their support of the business by buying food there instead of participating in a boycott.
