Shelly July 9, 2008 10:08pm	Wow!I am going to ignore the remark Christians have an imaginary friend,traumatized damage to the head and have chemical imbalances.That was a uncalled for, as you like to say pun.Also Sigmund Freud had some pretty strange,way out there theories.So I will not take that comment to heart.To your earlier response(last religion blog) on Abe saying he did not support christianity.....during the second inaugural speech he mentioned God 14 times,quotes the Bible 4 times(yes,the Bible)and invoked prayer 3 times.It addressess the nations relationship with God at great depth.Supreme Court Chief Justice Chase gave the Bible to Mrs.Lincoln marking pages from Isaiah 5:27-28 which the president kissed.By the way even though Ben Franklin was a deist at the Great Convention it was him who called for prayer.
