Turbo Wilson County August 21, 2012 9:11am	I believe that a vast number of partakers in government assistance programs think that there is no fairness. And for that matter, no matter what they get,there will never be fairness,or a reason to give back, thus negating the term assistace and substituting the word subsistence.
