Airborne Trooper wilson cty August 25, 2012 8:10am	Mr Miller has to quote the city charter because it's obvious the mayor and city manager don't understand it. Maybe it's thier arrogance and incompetency as to why the cant follow thier own charter. The mayor has seems to think he can do whatever he wants. His time and gig is up. See you later clown
