I think it is emabarrassing for the city that this issue had to go to court. the blataant attempt to keep this man off the ballot is almost child like. More importantly, i would like to see some money refunded to the city by the city attorney for his lack of legal expertise and poor opinion on this matter. The city attorney should give wise counsel to his clients, in this case and others throughout the year, this has not always been true. What are they afraid of. Better check out the convention center goings ons and concession moneys, there is no dual control there at all. Also, what about the funds Paul Sack is in charge of, where is the audit of those moneys. The guy who originally opened the golf course lives in a mansion in florida. ask around, you'll hear the truth.Open those can of worms jim Miller, go get 'em !!!
