In the know Floresville August 26, 2012 7:52pm	Reading but Believing; I write about what I see and hear from the council mtgs. You may find it hard to believe, but this is what has happened. And I don't do it to be mean, I do it because it is the truth. We need a change in our city government because our infrastructure is not being taken care of and the mayor and those 3 council people have not listened to us. I too am praying for things to get better.
