Back in the day of Juan Cedillo - and that debacle - which Tejada and his crew hired to be City Manager with a known history of suing cities he worked (for).

I did googling on Cedillo - just to see what I would learn. Every town he has been seated in has had convicted crimes - with many city workers going to prison. Then there are towns that have gone bankrupt. One town had all the government officials thrown out - On Monday morning the new regime came in to no phones, no electricity and no money. .. All these small towns in South Texas - all had Cedillo in common.

And Tejeda and his crew hired him anyway. Tejeda's history is to hire and fire those that will "work" with his schemes.

You can bet - when the Civic Centers books are looked at next year - there will be more questions than money.

How much evidence does the DA need? Why would he keep sitting on his hands? What does he have to lose? What does he have to gain?
