Over Taxed, TX

"the CITY PROPERTY TAX PAYERS WILL NOT FINANCE THE PROJECT. NOT A SINGLE PENNY"

If you borrow the money to build the grandiose "sports complex", won't you at some point have to repay that loan? And won't that money to repay the loan have to come from city revenue? And aren't the tax payers ultimately responsible for repaying that borrowed money?

How can you honestly say that the tax payers will not have to pay one penny for the grandiose sports complex?

Please explain your grandiose scheme to pay for this grandiose complex that the city really doesn't need or want?

By the way, Mayor, have you ever heard of Harrisburg, PA.?
