Mayor how much is the sewer upgrade going to cost? What money has been set aside for this upgrade? What dollar amount does USDA tell you will be available from them? Who is going to do the sewer upgrades? Have city workers been doing road construction at the FEDC park? Is FEDC reimbursing the city their wages or is the city subsidizing the FEDC? If the city workers are building roads at the FEDC park does that not slow down street maintenance in Floresville and also wear out city equipment faster? Is our street maintenance tax supposed to cover streets that are not in the Floresville city limits, If so is FEDC allowed to use funds from the street maintenance tax as they currently are for their projects? Were you aware that FEDC was potentially breaking the law? Did you discuss the meeting and what was going to be decided before it took place with board members or Jesse Perez?
