In addition to all the negative body responses, many years of stress can result in Fribromylagia, Lupus, MS, and other autoimmune diseases. No one really had understood how the "flight or fight" mechanism could and would break down. But we know now, and it is not fun to have these issues. Type "A" personalities are prone to all! So take heed young people and take time for yourself by NOT trying to be everything to all.
