Mr. Tibbs Floresville September 8, 2012 9:26am	When a lawsuit is filed things like sworn testimony and depositions can be taken. Suppose some questions come up about discussions at the Mayors house, or little get togethers with some of the council members, FEDC folks, discussing city business before meetings. Some might even call that a type of conspiracy...... Be careful of the can of worms you are opening Mr. Mayor. Folks won't jeopardize their freedom to lie for you or anyone else. Remember, it's not the act itself, but the lie or cover up that gets you in the end.....
