Be Careful Floresville, TX September 11, 2012 9:57pm	Airborne, Joslin may not know how to count to 5; but he knows how to make $80,000/year. I think he is highest paid government employee in Wilson County. Even with pay raise the commissioners only make $56k. Proves the old saying it is not what you know it is who you know. Much better salary that County Judge or Floresville PD.
