 		 Yes, Mr. Gomez has already been bragging about how he made quorum for the council meetings and he is back in his seat as councilman. And we will not understand the law or actions they had taken. "I'm sure there will be those who don't understand the law who will question and try to dissect the truth."

Here is it plain and simple Mr. Gomez, no one will ever trust you again. There are plenty of people that know your skeltons and you will not become Mayor. You cannot be trusted.

The charter states that you cannot run for mayor while being a councilman, are you going to remove your name from mayor? "I am committed to finish my term and run for mayor as planned nothing has changed." That would be the honest thing to do, since that is what our charter says. Or are you going to be a hypocrite and don't do as you preach.

And contrary to your propoganda, people were not going to loose their jobs (well besides the city manager) but the city was not going to cease running. We were not on the verge of loosing tax monies "This community was on the verge of losing property tax monies and employees jobs due to the refusal of two councilmen to complete a quorum ill advised to do so by two people running for office as mayor and city council." how funny you think this was ill advised when they were standing up for those that put them in office, something you will never understand.

"I am very proud to say I am here to prove that we are in the right." Right about what? That you all are crooks and you will weezle your way out of anything. Do you honestly think you did something right?

"negative people add to our problems and positive people create solutions for them" It's not negative people that create the problems, it's the people that do not know how to do their jobs and do not have the creditials to do it. How many times have you been a councilman? Then had to resign because of personal issues? This must be the new slogan for the city, because those people that have created the solutions, definitely do not work in city hall!!!
