Here we go again. Committing to the McCoy project without knowing the cost.
A citizen asked about the cost and Mr. Morones asked about the cost.

One answer was $75,000.00
Another answer was $171,000.00

Then there was the original projected cost of $270,000.00

Tejeda said this was infrastructure the citizen had been talking about wanting. .. My gosh man - you have totally lost the plot.
How about the old infrastructure that needs updating??
