William J. Gibbs Jr. WCN September 14, 2012 10:53am	As of 11:46 a.m., USA Today and 1200 WOAI report that U.T. Austin has given the "all clear," and is allowing everyone to return to the campus. Also, news reports indicate that North Dakota State University in Fargo, N.D. received a similar threat this morning. That campus also was evacuated.
